Implementation Specialist

Own the implementation experience for new agency customers — from requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training and go-live — and make “days or weeks, not months” true on every project.
Responsibilities
Lead requirements sessions with agency stakeholders across departments. Configure branded payment sites, business rules, fee schedules and notification content. Coordinate integration work with engineering and validate end-to-end payment posting. Build and execute test plans across web, IVR, POS and mobile channels. Deliver staff training on payments, reporting, voids, refunds and daily reconciliation. Manage go-live sequencing and hand off cleanly to Customer Success and Support.
Desired qualifications
2+ years in software implementation, professional services or a similar customer-facing delivery role. Experience with payments, billing, ERP or government software strongly preferred. Comfort translating operational requirements into system configuration. Strong organizational skills across multiple concurrent implementations. Excellent communication skills with non-technical government staff.
